Willie played for the successful Rushden and Diamonds youth side at the turn of the millennium, before making the move to Kettering Town. Injuries hindered what looked to be a promising career, and Gourlay joined the Steelmen, fighting for the first team jersey with Richard Lavin.
Having spent time earning his coaching badges, working his way up to the UEFA B license as well as his FA Level 2 Goalkeeping License, Willie runs his own 'keeper training schools and has now agreed to join the coaching staff at Corby Town.
Everyone at the club would like to welcome William and wish him all the best in his role!
