After a difficult and unsettled 12 months the Ladies team can finally unveil their new manager and coach. Stephen Ganley, (pictured right) is a UEFA B qualified coach currently working for Chelsea FC Foundation as a College Football Academy Lead & Development Coach. Previous clubs include Chesterfield FC, Notts Forest Ladies and Notts County Ladies Reserves and is eager to revitalise and rebuild the Ladies team in their remaining 20-21 games and into next season. Speaking at training during the week he said "how proud he is to be a part of a club with great foundations and ambitions." Working alongside him will be Jack Scully, a local lad with Level 2 qualifications who is currently coaching at the Northamptonshire FA Advanced Coaching Centre for Girls and works for Little Kickers, and is keen to make the step into female senior football.
Current manager JJ Sims will be working alongside the new management team over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition, and the club would like to thank JJ for his dedication to the female section of the club over the years. JJ will be taking some time off to spend with his family but hopefully will return at some point in the future
