Match day 1. Review HOME VS KJS

The weather was nice and sunny, we had plenty of spectators ready to cheer our team on (thank you!) and so the stage was set for the U14’S to play our first game of the season.
Coming off the back of a last minute COVID postponement last week, we continued to put into action the lessons we’ve been learning in training and tried to keep our approach consistent throughout the game. The U14's continued to take ownership of their actions today and stayed resolute when faced pressure on the pitch.
We worked well together with lots of positive team spirit and support when we didn’t have the ball. The young ladies pulled together like a team and performed like one today. Which was great to watch!
We had a good performance with the u14’s trying to apply their style of play, especially in the first half, we had a sharp, possession based approach to the match, with some stylish passages of play. Building on this we will continue to apply our style of play to the whole match.
Everyone worked hard today ? earning a fully deserved result coming from a good solid performance. We had could have put a few more chances away in the game as well. But we will continue to learn and build on the good foundations set today.
