Following the promotion of Stamford and Halesowen, and the sad relegations of Yaxley, Daventry, St Neots Town and Dereham, plus the lateral movement of Chasetown, we are joined by 7 new sides next term.

The most familiar will be AFC Rushden & Diamonds, who are the only side joining the league from step 3.

Sides from last season who we will renew pleasantries with are Bedworth United, Boldmere St Michael's, Cambridge City (Who will be playing at St Ives this campaign), Coleshill Town, Gresley Rovers, Harborough Town, Hinckley LR, Loughborough Dynamo, Shepshed Dynamo, Spalding United, Sporting Khalsa & Sutton Coldfield Town.

There are also 6 promoted sides making up the league. Anstey Nomads, Coventry Sphinx, Lye Town, Quorn, Rugby Town & Walsall Wood.

With journeys ranging from the short 11.2 Miles to Harborough to the 83 mile trip to Lye Town, we have produced the below table, showing the distances and travel times to each venue from Steel Park.

We have not yet had the confirmed start date for competitive fixtures but we will announce this once we have them!
