Corby Town Football Club is proud to announce a dedicated fundraising event, “A Day for Sienna,” to be held on Saturday, 20 December, during the Steelmen’s home fixture against Long Eaton United. The initiative aims to raise vital funds for Sienna Dunion, who is bravely battling Acute Necrotising Encephalitis.
The club stands united in support of the Dunion family — Gary, Angelina, Adriana, Sienna, and their loved ones. Our thoughts remain firmly with Sienna as she continues her fight, and everyone at Corby Town FC is committed to supporting the family during this extremely difficult time.
As part of the day’s activities, Corby Town FC will host an exclusive Legends Q&A, featuring former Steelmen favourites including members of Rob Dunion’s 2006 promotion-winning squad, ahead of the upcoming 20th anniversary of that historic triumph at the Rockingham Triangle.
Tickets for the Legends Q&A are priced at £25 and include:
Admission to the match
A matchday programme
Pre-match food
The opportunity to meet and engage with former Corby Town legends
All proceeds from the Q&A will be donated directly to Sienna’s fundraising appeal.
In addition, further fundraising will take place throughout the day, including contributions from the 50/50 half-time draw, programme sales, the half-time tennis ball challenge, and bucket collections around the ground led by club volunteers.
The Dunion family has been an important part of the Corby Town community for many years, and the club invites all supporters to come together, show their support, and help Sienna access the urgent treatment she needs.
Supporters wishing to attend the Legends Q&A can reserve their place by emailing info@corbytown.co.uk.
Turnstiles will open at 12:00pm, with the Legends Q&A beginning at 12:30pm, coinciding with the announcement of the Steelmen’s team news.
Following the match, Corby Town FC will host a Volunteers’ Appreciation Party, celebrating the dedicated individuals who give their time and energy to support the club throughout the year. The event will include a raffle featuring a selection of fantastic prizes, with all proceeds also supporting Sienna’s appeal.
We will also have 2026 calendars on sale, signed by the first-team squad, and these will be available for £5, with all funds raised donated to the cause.
Corby Town FC looks forward to welcoming players, supporters, volunteers, and the wider community as we unite for a meaningful day of fundraising, recognition, and community spirit.
We would like to ask as many local businesses sponsors and supporters to donate some raffle prizes for the evening.
