The UEFA B qualified coach left Nottingham Trent university with a Bachelors of Science degree and soon linked up with Chesterfield as an Academy Coach.
It wasn't long before he was snapped up by Chelsea, firstly as their College Lead & Development Coach and then as a Project Officer at the Premier League Club.
In 2021, Ganley got his first taste of Steel Park with a short stint in charge of Corby Town Ladies.
Steve has knowledge of the local football scene as well, managing Cogenhoe reserves before stepping up to the first team as assistant manager while continuing his role at Stamford Bridge.
Ganley joined the Corby Town coaching staff following the appointment of Gary Setchell as a First Team Coach.
We would like to welcome Stephen in to his new role and look forward to working together with the future footballers of the town!
