It was a great stat for Corby, 1 up after only 5mins thanks to a leap from Captain McAuley, heading over the defence. It was 2 nil on 12mins, thanks to a tremendous cross from Alfie Wren, Reuben Marshall taking the ball into the net. Corby controlled the game to the break.

In the second half, Diamonds have been finding goals difficult to come by all season so no surprises when Rhys Kelly make it 3 on the hour mark. Neo Dobson scored a 4th on 90 mins and Corby march on. Ross Durrant was called upon and deserved a clean sheet.
