Drew joined the Eagles in the summer of 2020, having spent the previous season at Biggleswade Town FC. The young prospect spent his youth at Luton Town. His performances secured a contract in August 2020 and another for this campaign.

Versatile Richardson can play in defence and midfield and featured 40 times in the Eagles championship winning season and played the majority of games at Step 3.
