Our next new face is Tommy Yorston. Northampton lad Tommy has been playing his football over in the USA, juggling his studies in History with star performances at Caldwell University.

Throughout his 4 years playing college 'Soccer', Yorston led the rankings for total goals and assist each season.

This year saw Tommy make the jump from Semi Professional football in New York to signing a professional contract with New Amsterdam in the third tier over in America.

Sadly for Tommy, the current pandemic has put a temporary hold on his playing career in the states, but while back in the UK, we are delighted he has chosen to sign with us.

Tommy is an attacking player and will join the squad once his international clearance has been received.

Michal Tkacik & Kalvin Taylor have also both been promoted from the youth ranks to the first team after some solid performances this season.

Tkacik gained first team experience last term, travelling with the squad and featuring on the bench in numerous games. With both players staring in both the college and Northants Senior Youth leagues this term, as well as the JPL league, we are proud to see that players are improving week on week and getting the chance to be involved with the first team.

Both youngsters will be added to tomorrows squad.
