Under glorious sunshine and in the backdrop of Steel Park, Corby Town ladies played host to their first every Wildcats session last night.

SSE Wildcats football centres offer girls aged 5-11 a chance to try football for the first time and develop key skills with all sessions delivered by FA qualified coaches.

Sessions take place on a weekly basis at over 1,000 SSE Wildcats centres across the country and are focused on helping girls make friends, have fun and be active through football.

Our sessions will take place at Steel Park from 6pm to 7pm starting Thursday 25th April and will run for 16 weeks initially. The cost is £3 per session and registration is through the FA http://www.thefa.com/womens-girls-football/get-involved/sse-wildcats

SSE Wildcats was established in partnership with SSE, supporters of girls’ football participation and sponsor of the SSE Women’s FA Cup, with support from UEFA, FIFA and the Youth Sport Trust.

Everyone at Corby Town Ladies & Girls Football Club are dedicated to making sure that any girl who wants to play football can and we are proud to launch the SSE Wildcats Centre.
