Members of the team will be at the Wellingborough Town game on Saturday 8th March to give out information and raise awareness of domestic abuse and sexual violence support services, the White Ribbon campaign and International Women's Day.
The White Ribbon campaign is a UK charity that engages men and boys to prevent violence against women and girls.
Not all men are violent, but all men have a role to play in preventing and, ultimately, ending violence against women and girls.
The White Ribbon campaign is encouraging men to hold themselves accountable to women and to each other, so that it affects and changes behaviour and transforms harmful cultures.
We can prevent violence against women and girls. It Starts with Men.
8th March is also International Women's Day. This is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. #AccelerateAction #IWD2025
