However, options such as operating through independent sub-accounts or establishing a separate trust do not meet the required governance standards. These models can create fragmented oversight and unclear accountability, which ultimately present unacceptable levels of risk for long-term projects of this nature. A unified CIC structure provides the clarity, stability, and confidence required to successfully deliver this vision.
