Graham led Corby Town to the Southern League Premier Division title in 2008/09, winning promotion to the Conference North at Step 2. The following season, he guided the Steelmen to sixth place — the highest league finish in the Club’s history. He has also managed Boston United at Step 2, the highest level of his managerial career.

At Stamford AFC, Graham won promotion from Step 4 to Step 3 twice: through the play-offs in 2005/06 and as Northern Premier League Midlands Division champions in 2022/23. That record brings proven promotion experience to Corby as we work to improve results and pursue our ambition of three promotions in five years.

Graham will be supported by Paul Holden as Assistant Manager. Their working relationship spans Corby Town, Stamford AFC and Boston United. Together, they bring an understanding of each other, of the demands of non-league football and of what it takes to raise standards.

Graham Drury: "I am delighted to be home back with the Steelmen. I've had so many good times in football but I must say the best times are with this club, so to be back in the black and white colours means so much to me. Let's bring the good times back to steel park its not going to be easy but the hard work has already started. I was ready to book a holiday when the phone rung and after a conversation with Raj/Chris the flight was cancelled I just knew it was time to return. Raj and the owners have the ambition that matches mine and to be working with the chairman Chris was a big factor also.
