Midfielder Gary made 253 first class appearances for Kettering Town over 8 years, and was inducted in to the Poppies Hall of Fame at the end of the 21-22 season, becoming only the seventh player to achieve that feat since the re-organisation of the Football Pyramid for the onset of the 1979-80 season.

Described as the Northants Pirlo by his former clubs supporters, Gary was a fans favourite thanks to his performances on the pitch and his approachability off it!

More recently, Stohrer has featured for Daventry Town, and latterly, league rivals Wellingborough Town.
